THE ITEM: Works, music and 2 phrases, but one phrase seems garbled to ME. Finger and heart lights up.

Clean figure, base has a little wear on edges. The plastic cover has two small circular cracks at the top. See pictures #8 and #9 for that... Box has some wear, I'd grade it "6.5" on a scale of 1 to 10. I think the styrofoam padding is missing at top of box....
